Community Service Opportunities

We aim to develop leadership qualities and capabilities in young people with these opportunities.

Student interaction sessions

The intern conducts an interactive session with students showcasing his/her skills and sharing his/her experiences and exposure

Teaching assistantship

The intern assists the teacher/coach in conducting various planned activities. Intern could also conduct specific parts of the session under the supervision of the teacher/coach

Strategies for session improvement

The intern attends few sessions and submit a report on improving teacher-student interaction/ review skills & practices required to make sessions more impactful from student’s viewpoint (subject to intern's expertise in the medium)

Assisting in student projects

The intern to assist coach/teacher and Year 5 & Year 6 students in their respective Project planning, execution and management.

The intern to conduct interviews, surveys, secondary research, etc on specific topics as required. Could also include video data collection

Operations Support

Data collection and research

The intern to provide logistics and operations support during League/ Annual matches

Digital resource creation

The intern to facilitate in making/ editing a video showcasing a particular skill

UNICEF estimates that over 800 million children will lack essential leadership skills to join the workforce by 2030.

Enabling Leadership’s programs aim at addressing this problem by targeting the following SDGs (UN Sustainable Development Goals):

Each of our local teams has specific times of the year when new members are recruited. After you sign up, you will get to know what are the next steps to become a member of your local team

Welcome Onboard!

You will then be welcomed into one of our Programs, receive an induction, and plan you Internship.
